1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jb66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers an account, accesses any part of the jb66 website located at jb66.bio, or makes use of any product, service, promotion or payment facility offered by jb66 ("the Player", "you", "your").

By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding contract between you and jb66 from the moment your registration is accepted.

jb66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where a change materially affects your rights as a player, in which case jb66 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact information held on their account. The version of the Terms published on the jb66 website at the time of any dispute shall be the version that applies to that dispute unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by jb66.

Your continued use of the jb66 platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept a change to the Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translated version that jb66 may publish in future, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with jb66's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jb66 relating to your use of the jb66 platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations and agreements (whether written or oral) relating to the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a jb66 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not register as players);
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, account suspension or lifetime ban imposed by jb66 or any affiliated gaming platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or officer of jb66, nor a close family member of any such person, unless jb66 has provided express written consent for your registration;
• Your use of the jb66 platform does not violate any law, regulation or rule that applies in your jurisdiction.

2.1 Age Verification

jb66 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Before processing your first withdrawal, jb66 will require you to submit satisfactory proof of age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport or such other government-issued identity document as jb66 may specify from time to time. Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe specified by jb66 will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities on your account until verification is completed.

2.2 Underage Access Prevention

jb66 takes the prevention of underage gambling seriously. Any account found, at any stage, to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All stakes wagered by the underage player will be forfeited. Any winnings accumulated will also be forfeited and will not be returned to the player or to any third party on the player's behalf. jb66 will retain records of such closures in accordance with its data retention obligations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jb66 products and services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules apply to all jb66 accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one active jb66 account at any given time. Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one jb66 account — whether in your own name, under an alias or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. If jb66 identifies duplicate accounts attributed to the same player, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses associated with them and withhold any balances held within the duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your current residential address, a valid email address and an active mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of all funds held within it.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jb66 account credentials, including your username and password. jb66 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication ("2FA") on their account. You must notify jb66 immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. jb66 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All jb66 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You may not select an alternative currency for your jb66 account. All financial figures displayed on the jb66 platform — including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, game stakes, winnings and bonus values — are expressed in BDT and prefixed with the ৳ Taka symbol.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jb66 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. jb66 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time. The current list of supported methods is displayed on the jb66 cashier page and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount at jb66 is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day; these limits are displayed within the jb66 cashier interface and may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher daily transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your jb66 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing timelines of the relevant institution. jb66 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jb66 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jb66 during normal business hours, Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Verified accounts that have met all applicable wagering requirements and have no outstanding disputes on file will typically see withdrawal requests processed within one to three business days. jb66 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

4.5 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jb66 account are legitimately obtained and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jb66 operates an anti-money laundering ("AML") programme and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or any other financial crime will be suspended immediately, and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jb66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

5.1 Eligibility

Bonus eligibility is determined by jb66 at its sole discretion. Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Players who have previously self-excluded, who are the subject of a jb66 account suspension, or who are identified as bonus abusers are not eligible for any jb66 promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spins awarded by jb66 are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within this window will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

5.3 Game Contributions

Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following contribution rates apply:

• Slots: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution;
• Crash games and instant win titles: 50% contribution;
• Sports betting: 20% contribution on settled bets at minimum odds of 1.50;
• Fishing games: 30% contribution.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

jb66 employs monitoring tools to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming promotions via multiple accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, using automated software or bots to play, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, jb66 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all associated winnings and close the offending account.

5.5 jb66 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

jb66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered as a courtesy to players and do not constitute any contractual obligation on the part of jb66 to maintain or renew any particular promotion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the jb66 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations and to refrain from the prohibited activities listed below:

6.1 General Obligations

• You will use the jb66 platform solely for its intended purpose as a personal entertainment platform and not for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation from jb66;
• You will maintain the accuracy of all information held on your account and will update jb66 promptly if any of your registered details change;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when accessing and using jb66;
• You will play responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if your gaming activity is causing you or others harm;
• You will keep your account credentials strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jb66 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration or at any point during KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jb66 platform in any way;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or reproduce any part of the jb66 platform or its software;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or co-ordinated betting strategy designed to guarantee profit;
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity or using jb66 as a vehicle for money laundering;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing jb66 staff, support agents or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion or account limit you have set on your own account.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jb66 account at any time by contacting jb66 support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining real-money balance, as jb66 may require a waiting period before processing a closure request during which withdrawal requests will be honoured. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Closure by jb66

jb66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate or incomplete information at any stage;
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age;
• jb66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other form of dishonest conduct;
• The player's account is the subject of a law enforcement request, court order or regulatory direction;
• jb66 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account represents a commercial, legal or reputational risk to the platform.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a jb66 account — whether initiated by the player or by jb66 — all pending bets that have not yet settled will be voided and stakes returned unless jb66 has reasonable grounds to withhold funds (for example, in cases of suspected fraud). Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method unless otherwise required by law or by the terms of this agreement. Bonus balances will be forfeited in all cases.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period via the jb66 responsible gaming tools or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your jb66 account, place bets or claim bonuses. jb66 will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but does not guarantee that you will be unable to access the platform through means outside jb66's direct control. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

jb66 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of its platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages or events outside jb66's reasonable control. jb66 shall not be liable for any loss — including lost winnings or missed betting opportunities — arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or other system failure that affects the conduct or settlement of any game or bet, jb66 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. jb66's decision on how to handle a technical malfunction is final. jb66 will not be liable for any winnings that a player believes they would have received but for the malfunction.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jb66's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the jb66 platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to jb66 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

jb66 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from the player's use of or inability to use the jb66 platform, regardless of the cause of action and even if jb66 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

8.5 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless jb66, its officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the jb66 platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms; or (c) any fraudulent or unlawful activity on your account.
